All of our nut butters are made the old-fashioned way,
using freshly roasted nuts ground to perfection.
No salt, oil or sugars are added during grinding. 
Being free of preservatives and stabilizers,
it is best to refrigerate this product.

Roasted Peanut Butters are loaded with protein. This is especially important for children, vegetarians and people eating more meatless meals.  Current research suggests that many of the minerals found in peanuts - copper, phosphorous, magnesium, iron, potassium, selenium, zinc, and calcium - may have a protective effect for coronary heart disease.

Roasted Cashew Butters contain a good source of iron, which combined with its high protein content, boosts energy levels.  It has less fat than other nut butters.  It is rich in B vitamins, which boost metabolism, enhances the immune systems, and promote cellular health.
